We could not have been more pleasantly surprised when we visited Ridgeway Cars, they couldn’t have been more helpful, they answered all our questions and queries without hesitation and if they didn’t know the answer they asked someone who would have a better idea. They did everything they could to ensure that the car we had chosen was the right car for us at no point did we feel pressured into making a decision and even offered to set the car aside while we thought about it.
In future when we need a new car Ridgeway will be our first port of call, they cant be beaten on service.
Overall I’m satisfied with the used car I purchased with Ridgway Cars. Steve was very helpful throughout the process of purchasing and got me a good deal thru finance. Only issue when I bought the car was that the V5C car registration did not match the current plate of the car so had trouble taxing the vehicle at first, but they sorted this out in the end and I got the document three weeks later. They even paid a year’s tax on the vehicle for the trouble it caused me. I also found the after-sales very good, Ms Julie updated me regularly about the V5C registration and ordered the missing original wheel nut key for the vehicle. I will definitely be doing business with them again and would recommend to others looking for quality used cars. All the best!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick and easy transaction, and seamless trade. Had a light fail as leaving lot, and the entire team was quick to jump into action and fix the fault. Used cars will always be a mixed bag, but certainly felt well looked after.
I would highly recommend Ridgeway cars to anyone looking for a new car. The vehicle I purchased (a 2015 Ford focus) was in fantastic condition, and looked new out the factory. And the staff were both professional, and friendly.
